Newmanfest is a full weekend celebration — come for the day, or pitch a tent and stay the whole time.
Moor Lane, Charlton, SN16 9DR. Fields for parking and camping, all on site — follow the Newmanfest signs from the lane.
The main celebration runs all day Saturday. Camping is open from Friday 26th through Sunday 28th (and beyond, if you fancy it).
Please avoid wearing blue (that's reserved for the bridal party, unless you've arranged it with us beforehand). No formal footwear — it's a farm, it's March, wear something you don't mind getting muddy.
All-day guests get the full BBQ — burgers & hot dogs or pizza, picked on your RSVP. Evening guests are treated to a finger food buffet from 6pm. Please add any dietary requirements or allergies to your RSVP so we can cater properly.
This is a family affair for the whole day — and the evening too. Kids are just as welcome once the bands and dancing start as they are earlier on.
Honestly, just come and dance with us. If you'd still like to give something, details will follow closer to the day.
We'll be building the site from midday — gazebos, decorations, the lot. If you're able to lend a hand, let us know on your RSVP, we'd love the help!
Ceremony at 2:30pm, BBQ for all-day guests, then the evening kicks off from around 6pm with a finger food buffet, live bands and dancing long into the night — everyone welcome, all ages.
Anyone staying over is welcome to join us for breakfast/brunch Sunday morning. We need everything packed down by 10am — extra hands very welcome, just flag it on your RSVP.
If you'd like to camp beyond the weekend, just add it as an extra night on your RSVP and we'll confirm details with you.
All-day guests join us from the ceremony onward through the whole celebration. Evening guests join us once the BBQ, live bands and dancing kick off later on. Evening isn't an adults-only session — it's for everyone, kids included. Your invite type is set on your RSVP login — get in touch with us if you think it's wrong.
Please avoid wearing blue — that colour's reserved for the bridal party, unless you've arranged otherwise with us in advance. Also, please skip formal footwear; it's a farm field, so something sturdy and mud-friendly is best.
Please add it on your RSVP so our caterers know in advance — there's a dedicated field for it alongside your meal choice.
Setup is Friday 26th from midday. The ceremony is at 2:30pm on Saturday, with the evening — buffet, bands and dancing — kicking off from around 6pm. We need everything packed down by 10am Sunday.
We'd really appreciate it! There's a spot on the RSVP to let us know if you're free to help set up on Friday and/or pack down by 10am Sunday morning.
Yes — anyone staying over is warmly invited to join us for breakfast/brunch Sunday morning. Just tick the box on your RSVP so we know numbers.
Pitch your own tent (or campervan) in the field next to the farm. Select which nights you'd like on the RSVP form. It's £20 a night without electric hookup, or £30 a night with — no payment is needed now, we'll sort that closer to the day.
Yes, plenty of on-site parking in the field — just follow signs on the day.
Well-behaved, farm-friendly dogs are welcome at the campsite — let us know on your RSVP so we can plan for them.
